6.15 Configuration Menu > Adjustment > Out put Configuration
General
In the O utput menu users can a ssign output connectors to configurations and adjust signal parameters to m atch the display devices
connected to the unit
Output Card arrangement
Output cards occ upy slots 11 through 12 and right justified to slot 13. If we have an empty output slot, all output cards to the left of
that empty slot will be red. Red indicates that a lthough the card s will operate properly, outputs from these cards will not be available
at the m ultiviewer

If the card with the connectors that are part o f an output c onfiguration is missing, the card in the E2 graphic and the output configu-
ration in the configuration list will be grayed out.
Also, if there is an existing output configuration but the card in the slot is of different type, then again the configuration will be grey ed
out.
Output Connector Grouping
The c onnectors can also be grouped together to defi nea3Dof4Kconfiguration. F or example, a projector that requires 2 DVI
connectors to pass 3D Left and Right eye signals. A lso 4 SDI connectors can be configured as a 4K output in order to c onnect to a
4K projector
There are several rules that apply when defining an output configuration:
1. O ne O utput conn ector can only be assigned to one output c onfigura tion.
2. O utputs in an output configuration must be of the same type AND in the same slot or in adjacent slots. For example, cannot
have a HDMI connector and an SDI connector in the same output configuration.
3. Max connectors for an ou tput configuration = 4.
4. O nce output connectors are assigned to the sam e output configuration, all se ttings for the output connectors will be synchro-
nized.
5. If an output connector is not assigned to a n ou tput configur ation,
- Output settings cannot be adjusted o n that conn ector.
- The connec tor cannot be assigned to a destination
