Miscellaneous Issues
Burned out pixels on the
screen.
Cause:
Screen malfunction.

system is powered On.
The Power On button on
the Operator Panel is
illuminated green, showing
that power to the Monitor is
ON.

Buzzer failure upon power
on.
No audible indication of
system boot-up sequence:
