z Turn the injection pump camshaft with the screws in
engine direction of rotation (arrow) until the pre-
scribed plunger lift is reached.

z Pre-tighten screws (1).

z Check the setting of the plunger lift again.
When pre-tightening the screws, press the
gear wheel lightly in the opposite direction
to engine rotation (arrow) against the tooth
flanks.
