2 CLI is not available due to interworking problems or limitations of originating
network. <number> shall be an empty string ("") and <type> value will not be
significant.
When CLI is not available ( <CLI validity>=2), <number> shall be an empty string ("") and <type> value
will not be significant. Nevertheless, ME shall return the recommended value 128 for <type> (TON/NPI
unknown in accordance with 3GPP TS 24.008 [40], subclause 10.5.4.7).
When CLI has been withheld by the originator, (<CLI validity>=1) and the CLIP is provisioned with the
"override category" option (refer 3GPP TS 22.081 [29] and 3GPP TS 23.081), <number> and <type> is pro-
vided. Otherwise, ME shall return the same setting for <number> and <type> as if the CLI was not available.
