<m> Mode: 0 = not active, 1 = active
<n> Unsolicited result code: 0 = presentation disabled, 1 = presentation enabled
<status> Status: 0 = not active, 1 = active
<class> Represents BS = basic service, refer to AT+CCFC, AT+CLCK
<fac> Facility lock, refer to AT+CLCK
<reason> Call forwarding reason
