Output variable BOOL TRUE if the high-speed counter channel specified by iChannel is
active
Description
This instruction evaluates the high-speed counter control flag and returns TRUE if the high-speed
counter channel specified by iChannel is active.

In this example the function has been programmed in ladder diagram (LD) and structured text (ST).
