Obtaining a
Replacement Expansion
Card
Before beginning the replacement procedure, make sure that you have
the required replacement kit. The appropriate replacement expansion
card will be provided by Quantum Customer Support (see
Figure 65).
Note: If you are replacing the 8 Gb Fibre Channel cards with 16 Gb
Fibre Channel cards, see
8 Gb Fibre Channel to 16 Gb Fibre
Channel Card Swap on page 126.
You will need the following items to perform this procedure:
• Replacement expansion card kit provided by Quantum Customer
Support.
• ESD grounding wrist strap (included in the replacement kit)
