There are four ways to connect to the Node:
• Connecting to the System Node Using the Service Port
• Connecting to the System Node Using the iDRAC Port
• Connecting to the System Node Using the Serial Port
• Connecting to the System Node Using Santricity
Note: You can also directly connect a monitor and keyboard to the
DXi6900 G1 Node.

System Node Using the
Service Port
Connecting to the service port allows access to the root command
prompt and the Service Menu.
To connect to the DXi6900 G1 using the service port:
