Identifying a Failed Network Daughter Card
The DXi6900 G1 Node contains a network daughter card that provides
three customer-accessible 1 GbE ports (ETH1, ETH2, and ETH3) in the
Node.
Note: The service port, ETH0, is also located on the network daughter
card.
To identify a failed network daughter card:
1 Access the remote management console (see Accessing Remote
Management on page 25).
2 Navigate to the Status > Hardware > Details > Network Ports
page.
3 Under Network Ports, note the status of ports ETH1, ETH2, and
ETH3 (see
Figure 90).
