Encryption Tools
Use the Encryption Configuration Menu menu to manage the Data-at-
Rest Encryption feature.
To access the Encryption Configuration Menu from the Hardware
Configuration Menu:
1 Type the option for Encryption Tools and press <Enter>.
The Encryption Configuration Menu displays (see Figure 28).

0) Verify Disk Security Capability - Check if Disk Security is supported.
1) Show Status of Disk Security - Is each LUN Encrypted?.
2) Show Hardware Information - Info needed to create PFK files.
3) Show Premium Feature Status - Shows Premium Feature in RBODs
4) Download Premium Feature file - Sent Encryption PFK file to an RBOD.
5) Backup Disk Security Keys - Export Encryption keys info in a ZIP-file.
6) Enable Disk Security - Turn on Encryption for all LUNs.
The Encryption Configuration Menu includes the following options:
• Verify Disk Security Capability - Checks if the system hardware and
software support Data-at-Rest Encryption and displays the result.
• Show Status of Disk Security - Displays the Data-at-Rest
Encryption status for all RAID controllers and drives.
• Show Hardware Information - For each Array module, indicates if
the encryption PFK license is installed or not, and displays the serial
number and Feature ID. These items are needed when generating a
PFK file for an Array module.
• Show Premium Feature Status - Displays the PFK licenses installed
on each Array module.
• Download Premium Feature file - Installs a PFK file on an Array
Module.
