youuseY(<X)MbpsforTDMservices,thenyouareleftwithX‐Y=ZMbpsforEthernet.
Supposeforexample,thatZ=20Mbps.
AsaServiceProvider,youcandecidetosellapackagebasedon10Mbpsandcharge$P1for
it,or15Mbpsfor$P2>$P1.
