Alarm Messages
Message Possible Cause(s) Possible Solution(s)
CW Feedback Signal
Too Early
The feedback signal from the
checkweigher was received
sooner than required by the
CMK cartoner.
If the feedback signal is received
too early in the target window then
proper bagger tracking cannot be
guaranteed.
Slow down the Metal Detector
conveyor and then press the
machine ready button on the
cartoner to get rid of the warning
message. If the warning message
comes back then further
adjustment is necessary. If the
“CW Feedback Signal Too Late”
message appears then speed the
conveyor back up slightly.
The Checkweigher conveyor itself
can also be adjusted but this
might affect checkweigher
calibration.

than required by the CMK
cartoner.
If the feedback signal is received
too late in the target window then
proper bagger tracking cannot be
guaranteed.
Speed up the Metal Detector
conveyor and then press the
machine ready button on the
cartoner to get rid of the warning
message. If the warning message
comes back then further
adjustment is necessary. If the
“CW Feedback Signal Too Early”
message appears then slow the
conveyor back down slightly.
The Checkweigher conveyor itself
can also be adjusted but this
might affect checkweigher
calibration.
Discharge E-stop
Pressed
The EMERGENCY STOP push-
button is pressed.
Pull out the EMERGENCY STOP
push-button.
