Glue Applicator Fault The glue applicator has
experienced a fault condition.
Verify the glue applicator is turned
on and plugged in. Check the
wiring to the glue applicator. If that
doesn’t resolve the issue, refer to
the documentation from the
manufacturer of the glue
applicator. Clear the fault, then
press the MACHINE READY
push-button to reset the machine.
Glue Applicator Not
Ready
You have pushed the MACHINE
READY push-button but the glue
applicator is still heating up, has
not been enabled or the glue
applicator is experiencing a
fault.
Enable the glue applicator and
wait for the glue tank and hoses to
reach proper operating
temperature or determine why the
glue applicator is experiencing a
fault.
HMI E-stop Pressed The EMERGENCY STOP push-
button, by the HMI touchscreen,
is pressed.
Pull out the EMERGENCY STOP
push-button.
Infeed Tunnel Guard
Open
A tunnel guard (the flap type
door used to monitor product
entering under the transfer
station) was pushed in causing
the machine to stop or the
MACHINE READY push-button
was pressed while one of the
tunnel guard doors is pushed in.
Product is too high in the bucket
causing the tunnel guard to push
in. Determine if there are too
many bags in the bucket or if the
product is improperly positioned in
the bucket.
Laser Printer Fault The laser printer has
experienced a fault condition.
Refer to the operator’s manual for
the laser printer. Clear the fault,
then press the MACHINE READY
push-button to reset the machine.

Contactor Open
The EMERGENCY STOP
contactor is open.
ALL E-Stop pushbuttons on the
line including cartoner, baggers,
bag transfer stations and
casepacker must be pulled out to
the operating positions. Check
each in order to verify that the
lights have not burned out.
If none of the E-Stop pushbuttons
are pressed then check the wiring
and replace the contactor or
pushbutton if necessary.
