6.6.1.1 Physical Input Mapping
The physical input mapping of Livewire inputs to LogicalInputs differs from
that of all other consumers (PatchInputs, Returns, Extern PFL- and Moni-
toring Sources, etc.), in order to make sure the following mapping rules are
applied:
  • ALogicalInputisalwaysmappedtotheleft-andrightchannelofaListener.
This avoids conflicts for the label transfer.
  • AListenerisonlyconsumedfromoneLogicalInput.Thisavoidsconflicts
during operation (Strip Lock, OnAir restriction, etc..).
