Error Messages
Phase Calibration Error. Unable
to calibrate. Please check cable
and sensor connections and try
again.
Cause:
The Starling Sensors are not
applied appropriately or have
become detached from the
patient’s body.
The Sensors may need to be
replaced. Alternatively, the
Starling Patient Cable is
disconnected either from the
device or from the Sensors.
1. Replace the Starling Sensors if you suspect
suboptimal Sensor application. Check the
Sensors are well placed and properly
connected to the Starling Patient Cable. See
Attaching Starling Sensors on page 5-6.
2. Check the Starling Patient Cable is securely
connected to the Starling Monitor. See
Connecting the Sensors to the Starling
Patient Cable on page 5-9.
