9.4.2.1 Preliminary software tasks
I iRMC firmware and system board BIOS updates as well as modifications
to BIOS settings may be necessary for your GPGPU or coprocessor card
to operate properly.
V CAUTION!
Failing to do so may permanently damage your system or result in
unstable operation.
All required information on firmware / BIOS versions and BIOS settings can be
found in the following Quick Installation Guides:

Ê Before installing a GPGPU or coprocessor card, perform the following
mandatory tasks as described in your card’s "Getting started with
accelerator cards" Quick Installation Guide:
Ê Ensure that the correct iRMC firmware has been installed.
Ê Ensure that the correct system board BIOS version has been installed.
Ê Enable the Above 4G Decoding setting in the system board BIOS.
