Recommended action
1. Open the Right door and clear the jam in the indicated area.
2. Close the door to allow the printer to attempt to clear the jam.
3. Ensure sure that the paper meets HP printer specications and is loaded in the trays correctly.
4. Make sure that the tray width and length guides are set to the correct paper size being installed into the
tray and that the tray is not over lled above ll mark and over the tab on the tray.

5. Make sure that the pickup, feed, and separation roller for the specied tray are installed correctly and
show no damage or wear.
