2) User watchdog timer
The user watchdog timer starts monitoring by the QBF_StartWDT function, and
it is reset by the QBF_ResetWDT function.
The user watchdog timer times out when the user program was not able to
complete the processing within the time specified by the QBF_StartWDT
function and could not execute the QBF_ResetWDT function.
