* 1 The LED cannot be controlled when:
• A system watchdog timer error has occurred.
• A user watchdog timer error has occurred.
• A built-in ROM data error has been detected.
• A standard RAM data error has been detected.
* 2 The LED is flashing when a standard RAM data error detected.
* 3 The LED is flashing when a battery-backed-up RAM data error detected.
