7.14.8 Parameter: CAM Prole Status (0x3805)
This object provides the current number of the selected CAM slave table (bits 0–3) and the used starting behavior. The
value 0 is allowed for the eld number of active CAM prole to indicate that no CAM is active. Bits 4–11 indicate if the CAM
prole is valid, meaning that it can be activated.

Bit Value Denition
0–3 0 No CAM slave table selected.
1–8 Activated CAM prole.
4 0 CAM prole 1 is invalid (and cannot be activated).
1 CAM prole 1 is valid.
5 0 CAM prole 2 is invalid (and cannot be activated).
1 CAM prole 2 is valid.
6 0 CAM prole 3 is invalid (and cannot be activated).
1 CAM prole 3 is valid.
7 0 CAM prole 4 is invalid (and cannot be activated).
1 CAM prole 4 is valid.
8 0 CAM prole 5 is invalid (and cannot be activated).
1 CAM prole 5 is valid.
9 0 CAM prole 6 is invalid (and cannot be activated).
1 CAM prole 6 is valid.
10 0 CAM prole 7 is invalid (and cannot be activated).
1 CAM prole 7 is valid.
11 0 CAM prole 8 is invalid (and cannot be activated).
1 CAM prole 8 is valid.
13 0 Axis is in the CAM or past the end of the prole.
1 End of prole is reached (only active for 1 cycle).
14 0 Only available if bit 15 = 1: General CAM error related to the active and the buered CAM prole.
1 Only available if bit 15 = 1: CAM error only related to the buered CAM, not the currently active CAM
prole.
15 0 No error.
1 Error occurred at CAM activation request; Remains at 1 until a new command is issued.

Additional information for bit 13:
Bit 13 is a pulsed output signaling the cyclic end of the CAM prole. It is set every time that the end of the CAM prole is
reached. In reverse direction, bit 13 is shown at the end of the CAM prole (in this case, the rst point of the CAM prole).
This bit is only set for 1 eldbus cycle.
Additional information for bit 15:
Table 7.155 shows which situations lead to a CAM error (bit 15 of the CAM prole status object), and which lead to
command errors (signaled in the Statusword).
