1.4 Liability
The manufacturer does not accept any liability for injury, damage or secondary damage
in the following circumstances:
¡ If the system has not been used properly.
¡ If unauthorised modifications have been made or software has been improperly up-
dated.
¡ If the operator has ignored the safety instructions.
¡ If the owner’s manual has not been updated after a modification of the system or the
system software.
In addition, the general terms and conditions included as part of the order/contract will ap-
ply.

legal requirements and standards. Consequently, the information provided in this docu-
ment may not accurately reflect every detail of the actual system that is delivered. In case
