► Close all media connections!
► Depressurize the system!
► Make sure, no antechamber process and no regeneration is running.
► Switch the main switch off and unplug the electrical
connector.
► Make sure that no voltage is present.
► Lock against reconnection.
12.5.2 General advice for maintenance work
► Do not use a screw driver to remove an old hardened O-ring from its groove. Use a
tool that causes no scratches or damages.
► Use grease only on defined places. If grease is used, use vacuum grease only.
