6 Operating mode principles
6.1 Service book
With start of operation, MBRAUN recommends to set up a service and a maintenance
book. This is:
¡ to track the regeneration cycles
¡ to schedule the calibration cycles of analysers
¡ to schedule the maintenance intervals
6.2 Starting up the system
After it has been installed and commissioned, the system usually stays on so that a clean
inert gas atmosphere can be maintained.
Maintenance work, repairs or a change of process tools inside the glovebox, may involve
a shutdown (because the box pressure regulation is only deactivated in a shutdown) and
subsequently to a system restart.
In this case, inertise the glovebox before restarting the system.
