7A.4.5 Vacuum pumps
Parameter "Switch-off Vacuum Pump Purifier":
YES Vacuum pump of the gas purifier is switched off automatically on ECO Mode
activation
NO Vacuum pump of the gas purifier is not switched off
Parameter "Switch-off Vacuum Pump Antechambers"
YES Dedicated vacuum pump of the antechamber is switched off automatically on
ECO Mode activation
NO Dedicated vacuum pump of the antechamber is not switched off
Parameter "Switch-off Vacuum Pump LMF "(optional feature, not shown in figure abaove)
YES Dedicated vacuum pump of the solvent filter is switched off automatically on
ECO Mode activation
NO Dedicated vacuum pump of the solvent filter is not switched off
When regeneration is activated for either a reactor or a solvent filter, the corresponding
vacuum pump is switched on automatically. It is also automatically switched off again
after the regeneration has finished.
