2.2.1 Glovebox

1 Glovebox Made of stainless steel. Hermetically sealed working space.
Can be customized.
2 Box light Typically mounted outside the box to provide glare-free illu-
mination of the working space.
3 Support Supports the touch panel.
4 Oxygen ana-
lyser
Measures the O

concentration of the box atmosphere.
5 Moisture ana-
lyser
Measures the H
2
O concentration of the box atmosphere.
6 Gloveport
feedthrough
Provides outside access to the working space inside the
glovebox for handling process materials and instruments.
7 Box pressure
sensor
Measures the pressure inside the box and supplies measure-
ment data to the system control.
8 Working
space
Chamber with specific inert gas atmosphere processing oxy-
gen and moisture-sensitive materials.
