1.5 Warranty
MBRAUN guarantees the performance of the equipment as stated in the order/contract.
The following will void the warranty:
¡ Interference with, or modification and relocation of the system without the prior con-
sent of the manufacturer
¡ Improper use of the system
¡ Insufficient maintenance of the system
¡ Inappropriate operation of the system
¡ No-compliance with specified supply requirements
¡ Use of 3rd party components with the system without the prior consent of the manu-
facturer
¡ Alteration of program or configuration write-ups without the manufacturer’s consent,
e.g. outside of the parameter limits
1.6 Modifications
¡ Modifications to MBRAUN systems should only be made by MBRAUN technicians.
¡ Exceptions may be permitted with prior written approval from MBRAUN.
¡ Any unauthorised system modification will void the warranty. Additionally, any de-
clared conformity to a European directive will most likely be forfeited or become in-
valid. In this case, operation of the system will no longer be permitted.
