Materials needed
¡ Soft, absorbent, lint-free cloth (cotton) or absorbent household paper.
¡ Distilled water.
¡ A small amount of 85% phosphoric acid (H
3
PO
4
).
¡ A blind cover for sealing the circulation pipework (DN40).
¡ Protective clothing, incl. protective gloves and glasses.
Prerequisite
¡ Switch off circulation
¡ Set glovebox pressure to a positive value of > 300 Pa (3 mbar)
