Fault Debug
Pressure drop or pressure
increase
► Check system for glove tear or other leakage.

O increase ► Check operating hours of reactor.
► If necessary: Start regeneration.
If fault persists:
► Perform a leak test.
► Check gloves.
► Check seals.
Temperature increase ► Check blower.
► Check reactor.
► In case of any questions, please contact
MBRAUN Service.
► Where applicable:
Check cooling water circulation and cooler.
Glove tear In case of overpressure:
► Stop working gas supply.
► Stop regeneration gas supply.
► Seal gloveport with gloveport cover.
► Perform a glove change.
In case of negative pressure:
► Deactivate vacuum pump.
Inert gas / process material
escapes into the environ-
ment
► Stop working gas supply.
Contamination of the box
with chemicals, dust, ….
► Perform mechanical box cleaning.
Electrical faults / power fail-
ure
► Call qualified electrician.
