1 Touch panel User interface for central controlling and monitoring of the inert
gas system. It is either
¡ part of the gas purifier or
¡ attached to the glovebox.
It provides user access to system functions and system para-
meters. The following components can be operated using the
touch panel:
¡ Gas purifier
¡ Antechamber
¡ Glovebox/enclosure
2 CPU Processing unit of the control system
3 Commands The control system sends commands to the actuators of the
system.
4 Data The control system retrieves and / or receives data from differ-
ent types of system sensors and analysers.
