WARNING
Tipping load
Hazard of serious injury
► Take care about the centre of gravity and the footprint of the load.
► Wear protective footwear.
► Wear a helmet.
► Secure the load properly.
► Do not remain close to the load.
► Keep sufficient space around the transport area clear.
WARNING
Roll away or roll back of equipment moved over inclined plane
Injury and property damage
► Take care about sufficient manpower to move and hold the equipment on inclined
floor sections.
► If the equipment should be parked, close the wheel locks on the castors (if available).
► On top to the wheel locks (if available), secure castors with stop-blocks if the equip-
ment should remain stationary for a longer time.
Prerequisites
► A forklift with suitable fork lengths must be available.
► Keep tools ready: nail puller, tin shears.
► Move transport boxes or pallets as closely as possible to the installation site using
the forklift.
► Unpack the load.
► For systems delivered in a wooden transport box, open the box with a crowbar.
CAUTION
Risk of facial and eye injuries
The belts are under tension. By cutting, the open ends could fling back.
► Wear protective goggles.
► Take care while cutting a belt under strong tension.
► If the system is delivered on palettes, cut the tension belts at the arrows in figure
above.
► Remove the protective plastic film.
