Reset of C Controller system
Troubleshooting
Startup of network and GOT
1) Connect the C Controller module and development
environment (personal computer) with an Ethernet cable.
Select a CPU type.
Select "Write authority" and access the C Controller
module.
Set parameters of the C Controller module in the System
settings tab and I/O assignment settings tab (Switch
settings and Detail screens).
Correct the clock of the C Controller module.
Write the parameters to the C Controller module in the
Online operation tab.
1) Set the C Controller module to RUN.
2) Reset the C Controller module.
Check the LEDs on the C Controller module for error.
If an error occurs, troubleshoot the problem, referring to the
following.
Start the network and GOT used.
Startup of CC-Link
Startup of MELSECNET/H
Startup of CC-Link IE controller network
Startup of GOT connected by microcomputer connection
When executing the script file, "STARTUP.CMD":
Upon completion of the RUN LED flashing
When not executing the script file, "STARTUP.CMD":
15 seconds after completion of the start or reset process
3) Start C Controller setting utility and perform the following.
2) After power-on or completion of the reset status, the C
Controller module is ready to connect to each utility at the
following timing.

Do not attempt a connection before the above timing after
power-on or reset.
Changing "Priority" to a larger value in the Option tab of C
Controller setting utility increases the time after which the
C Controller module can be connected.
If having replaced the C Controller module, restart all
connected devices (gateway server, personal computers,
etc.)
