Communication timeout with other CPU was detected at the multiple
CPU high speed transmission.
Reset the CPU module and set it to RUN again. If the same error is
displayed again, a hardware failure may have occurred in the CPU
module. Please consult your local Mitsubishi service center or
representative, explaining the details of the problem.
1433
Error (Disconnected) with other CPU was detected at the multiple
CPU high speed transmission.
• Take a preventive measure against noise.
• Check if the CPU module is mounted on the main base unit correctly.
• Reset the CPU module and set it to RUN again.
If the same error is displayed again, a hardware failure may have
occurred in the CPU module. Please consult your local Mitsubishi
service center or representative, explaining the details of the
problem.

• A momentary power failure occurred in the power supply.
(The number of detected momentary power failures can be confirmed
by the QBF_ReadStatusEx function.)
• The power supply was turned off.
Check the power supply.
