Appendix 9.2 Accessing other stations
To access other stations from the C Controller module via USB or Ethernet, follow the
procedure below.
(1) GX Works2
1) INavigation window Select [Connection Destination].
2) Set "PC side I/F" and "PLC side I/F" in the same way as for accessing another
CPU in a multiple CPU system. ( Page App-25, Appendix 9.1)
3) If connection via a system consisting of single type of network and multi-layer
systems is used, set "Other station setting" to "Other station (Single network)".
If connection via two different types of networks is used, set "Other station" to
"Other station (Co-existence network)".
POINT
Ethernet is assumed to be the same type of network as CC-Link IE controller
network, MELSECNET/H, or MELSECNET/10.
For this reason, when a combined system of Ethernet, CC-Link IE controller
network, MELSECNET/H, or MELSECNET/10 is used, specify "Other station
(single network)".
