7 Control
In this method the rotor aligns in the direction of the injected current and thus in a
defined position. The relatively large movement (up to half a rotor revolution) must
be taken into consideration. This method cannot be used near end stops or limit
switches! For the injected current it is advisable to use the rated current I
rated
. The
time should be set so that the rotor is at rest during the measurement. For control
purposes, the commutation process can be recorded with the Scope function.
NOTE
Inexperiencedusersshouldalwayschoosetheratedmotor
current(amplitude)asthecurrentandatimeofatleast2000ms.
Iftheaxisisblocked,meaningtherotorisunabletoalignitself,the
methodwillnotworkcorrectly.Asaresult,thecommutationangle
willbeincorrectlydefinedandthemotormayperformuncontrolled
movements.
Whencalculatingthedatasetsoflinearmotorsthevaluesfortime
andcurrentadjustautomatically.
