FETCh:BURSt:EVM:DATA:MINimum?
This command returns the Error Vector Magnitude measurement results summary for the data
carrier (average, minimum or maximum value) in dB.
This command is a query only and thus has no *RST value.

The maximum EVM recorded for the data carrier is returned.
