measurement functions.

This command resets the scaling of the X and Y axes in a statistical measurement. The
following values are set:
x–axis ref level: –20 dBm
x–axis range APD: 100 dB
x–axis range CCDF: 20 dB
y–axis upper limit: 1.0
y–axis lower limit: 1E–6
This command is an event and therefore has no *RST value and no query.
