Purpose
TheSelectInputsdialogboxallowsyoutoselectinformationfromexternalsensors
(measuringdevices)orsystems,andconnectthemtothechosenEK15Ethernet(LAN)
orseriallineinput.
Description
IntheSelectInputsdialogbox,allavailableinput
sourcesarelistedinthelefttexteld.
Toaddaninput,clickonitintheleftcolumn
toselectit,andthenclickthe[►]button.
Iftheinput'scommunicationparametersneed
tobesetup,clicktheinputsensortoselectit,
andthenclicktheCongureInputbutton.If
applicable,therelevantdialogwillopen.
Notethatthisdialogboxallowsyoutoaddmorethanoneinputsignaltoaserialport.
Youmustbefamiliarwiththetypeofinputsignalsbeforeyoudothis.Ifaninput
portissetuptoreceiveNMEAserialmessages,thesameinputportcannotbeusedto
simultaneouslyreceiveASCIImessages.
