5.3.4.3 CR/ST 1 HP (Headphones) Pages
DJ phone In normal mode, MON is selected, and the CR and studio 1 DJ headphones
are then used for monitoring the source selected on the MON - CR or MON
- ST 1 page, respectively (see chapter 5.3.4.1). With the Add function, a
second source can be temporarily selected which is then mixed to the normal
monitoring source.
SP SRC The stereo SP SRC signal is fed to the DJ headphones.
SP SRC/MON The left DJ headphones signal is the mono SP SRC signal, while the right
one is a mono mix of the CR monitor signal as selected for the CR monitor
speakers by the source selector. If the SP SRC signal is the same as the CR
monitor signal or no PFL is active, the headphones signal is the stereo CR
monitor signal as if HP SPLIT were inactive.
Balance The balance between the left and right DJ headphone channels is adjusted
with the Balance rotary encoder; the current balance setting is indicated by
the adjacent purple bargraph.
DJ / Guest phone Volume The headphones volume is adjusted with the two Volume rotary encoders;
the current volume setting is indicated by the adjacent purple bargraphs.
Depending on the configuration, individual talkback to the DJ and the guest
headphones may be selected; in such a case, the PFL speaker(s) is/are muted.
