13.15 Changing the File Attributes and Deleting Files
CAUTION
Never remove the storage medium (disk) or turn OFF the power while the
access indicator or the floppy disk, Zip disk, or internal hard disk (optional) icon
is blinking. Such acts can damage the storage medium or destroy the data on
the medium.

1. Press FILE.
2. Press the Utility soft key. The Utility setup menu and the File List window
appear.
Selecting Media and Directories
3. Select the medium and directory according to steps 4 to 9 in section 13.8,
“Saving/Loading the Setup Data.”
Changing the File Attributes
4. Press the Function soft key. The file function selection menu is displayed.
5. Press the Delete soft key.
6. Turn the jog shuttle to select the file.
7. Press the Attr soft key. The attribute of the selected file changes.
