TheBrooksAutomationTopCoolerisdesignedtocoolwafersinSEMI-standard100mmthrough
200mmsizespriortofurtherprocessingorreinsertionintoacassette.Thecoolingcycleinvolves
dischargingafixedquantityofgasintotheclosedcoolchamber,whichprovidesconductiveheat
transferbetweenthegasandachillplatetocoolthewafer.
