HOMEtherobotthenturnoffanddisconnectallpower,communications,andairconnectionsas
detailedin"Shut-down"onpage1.
2.
Removetheendeffectorfromtherobotarmasspecifiedintherobotusermanualandplacetheend
effectoronagranitesurfaceblockwiththematerialsupportsfacingup.
3.
Usingtheheightgauge,measuretheheightofeachmaterialsupport.
4.
Verifythatallsupportsarewithin0.076mm(0.003in)ofeachother.Replacesupportsifanyareoutof
specificationusingtheproceduresprovidedintherobot’susermanual.
5.
Onceallmaterialsupportsarewithinspecification,measuretheheightofthetopsurfaceoftheend
effectortoensurethatnoportionofitexceedstheheightofthelowestmaterialsupport.
