standards.Notethatitispossibleformoldedcassettesto“shrink”,shorteningthespacingbetweenslots.
Step Action
1.
Positioncassetteswithwafersinslots1,12,and25intoeachVCE.
2.
Usingtherobot'sCDM,PICKandthenPLACEthewafersinoneVCE.DuringthePickandPlace
operations,observethemovementtoverifyproperplacement.
NOTE: Thewafersshouldmoveintoandout-ofthecassetteswithoutanycontact.
3.
RepeattheprocedureforthesecondVCE.
4.
Replaceoneofthecassetteswithanemptycassette.
