waferclearsthealignerpins(1.5mm(0.06in)minimum).NotethatthisBTOvaluewillbe
differentfromtheBTOfortheLoadLocksandProcessModules.
b. OncethewaferispositionedcorrectlysavetheBTOvalueforthevacuumrobotusingtheCDM.
ESCAPE -> STORE -> BTO -> QUIT

Teachtherobottheamountitmusttraveldowntodepositthewaferandprovidetheendeffector
clearancewhilemovingunderthewafer.

a. Jogthewaferdownintopositionandcontinuejoggingdownsotheendeffectorisequally
spacedbetweenthewaferandtherotatechuck.
b. OncethewaferandendeffectorarepositionedcorrectlysavetheLowervalueusingtheCDM.
