TheMarathonExpressmaybeusedinanenvironmentwherehazardousmaterials
arepresent,andsurfacesmaybecontaminatedbythosematerials.Refertothe
facility’sMaterialSafetyDataSheetsforthosematerialstodetermineproper
handlingandfollowthefacility’sprocedurestocertifytheenvironmentissafe.

Disposeofcleaningclothsperthefacility’sproceduresandlocalregulations.

Lockout / Tagout
Workingwithenergizedequipmentmaycausesuddenmovementorelectricalshockand
mayresultindeathorseriousinjury.

Allenergymustberemovedfromtheequipmentperthefacility’s
Lockout/Tagoutprocedurebeforeservicing.

Iflocalproceduresarenotavailable,followtheprocedureforLockout/Tagoutin
OSHA Standard 29CFR 1910.147.


HOMEtherobotthenturnoffanddisconnectallpower,communications,andairconnectionsas
detailedin"Shut-down"onpage1.
2.
CleaningKalrez®PadsProcedure:
a. Dampenacleanroomwipewithde-ionizedwater.
b. Cleantheentireendeffectororsupportshelf,payingspecialattentiontotheKalrezpads.Do
notapplyexcessivepressureorforcetothepadswhilecleaning.Excessiveforcemay
dislodgeorbendtheendeffectororshelf.
c. Onceallresidueshavebeenremoved,usedrycleanroomwipestodryallsurfaces.
NOTE: Donotuseisopropylalcoholonanymaterialsupportpads,damagetothepadsmayoccur.
NOTE: Wipemustbemoistenedonly;squeezingthewipeshouldnotcauseanywatertodrip.Do
notallowwatertocomeincontactwithbearings,seals,etc.,
