TheMarathonExpressisanAtmospherictoVacuumClusterToolIntegrationPlatformforProcess
Modules.ToproperlyaligntheMXsystemitmustbeattachedtotheProcessModulesitwillbeused
with.
TherobotwithintheMXsystemdoesnothavelevelingadjustments.Therobotismounteddirectly
tothechamberoftheMarathonExpressVacuumBackEnd.AdjustmentoftheMXsystem’s
modulesispartofthealignmentoftheMarathonExpressduringinstallation.Allcomponentsofthe
MXsystemmustbeleveledrelativetotherobot.
Theproceduresprovidedhereareforabasicsystemalignment.Refertotheappropriateuser
manualsfordetailedalignmentinformation.
