Cleaning the Load Lock:
a. Removethecassetteandallwafersfromtheloadlockchamber.
b. ForaVCE,cleanthesurfaceoftheCassettePlatformandtheinterioroftheloadlockusingthe
GeneralCleaningProcedureinStep4.
c. ForanSVL,cleanthesurfacesofallmaterialshelvesandtheinterioroftheloadlockusingthe
GeneralCleaningProcedureinStep4.
