AC Power Distribution
TheframemountedACPowerDistributionUnit(ACPDU)providesasinglepointofconnectionto
theMXsystem.TheACPowerDistributionUnitsuppliesACpowertotherobot,theVCEloadlock,
thealigner,andanyadditionalBrooksinstalleddevices.Alldevicesprovidetheirownconversion
fromACpowertoDCpower.
NOTE: TheACPDUisnotintendedtosupplypowertouserinstalledmodules.

suppliedmodulesontheMXsystem.Allunusedoutletsarecoveredbya“DONOTUSE”label,and
arenotavailableforuseraccess.
