device,ensuringthatitisreadilyaccessibleandcomplieswiththecorrectelectriccodes.Themain
userinstalleddisconnectdevicemustmeet,orexceed,theminimumAICratingspecifiedbySEMI
S2.PersonnelservicingtheMarathonExpresssystemandanyequipmentconnectedtoitare
responsibleforthestatusofthesystem’smaindisconnectdeviceasspecifiedbythefacilities’
lockout/tagoutprocedure.
BeforedisconnectingmainpowertotheMarathonExpress,ensureallcircuitbreakersontheMarathonExpress
systemandanyrelatedequipmentareintheOFFposition.Damagetointernalcomponentsmayresultifcircuit
breakersareleftintheONposition.

ensureallwafersareproperlyseatedinthecassetteintheVCE.Theselasersproducelowpower
invisibleinfraredlight.TheyareClassIIlaserdiodes.TheselasersareClassIasimplemented
becausetheyarenotvisibleduringnormaloperation.
Theproperprecautionsforoperatingandservicinglasersmustbeobserved.Anyprecautions
specifiedwithinthefacilitywheretheMarathonExpressisbeingusedmustalsobeobserved.
