Step Action
1.
HOMEtherobotthenturnoffanddisconnectallpower,communications,andairconnectionsas
detailedin"Shut-down"onpage1.
2.
PlacetheMicroToolwaferlevelontheendeffectorlocatedapproximatelywhereawaferwouldbeloc-
atedontheendeffector.Ifabubblelevelisbeingusedplaceatestwaferontheendeffectorandplace
thebubblelevelinthemiddleofthematerial.
3.
Verifythattheendeffectorislevelwithin0.02degrees.
a. Iftheendeffectorisnotlevel,adjusttheendeffectorasspecifiedintherobot’susermanual.
Donotover-tightenanyoftheAdjustingScrewsastheendeffectormaybecomepermanentlytwisted.

Reconnectallpower,communications,andairconnections,thenre-energizethesystemfollowingthe
"Power-upSequence"onpage79.
