ThefollowingchangesmustbemadetotheMarathonExpresssystem’shardwareandsoftware
whenchangingwafersizes.Turnoffanddisconnectallpower,communications,andair
connectionsasdetailedin"Shut-down"onpage1.
NOTE: Afteranychangesaremadetothesystem(includingthesizeofthewafer),the
systemshouldbecompletelyrealigned,asdescribedin"SystemAlignment".
TheMarathonExpressmaybeusedinanenvironmentwherehazardousmaterials
arepresent,andsurfacesmaybecontaminatedbythosematerials.Refertothe
facility’sMaterialSafetyDataSheetsforthosematerialstodetermineproper
handlingandfollowthefacility’sprocedurestocertifytheenvironmentissafe.
Disposeofcleaningclothsperthefacility’sproceduresandlocalregulations.
Lockout / Tagout
Workingwithenergizedequipmentmaycausesuddenmovementorelectricalshockand
mayresultindeathorseriousinjury.
